  • I work with clients to identify the goals of their personal chef service such as allergies, dietary restrictions, and food preferences. Then, I create custom package options for clients based on this information. I offer personal chef services on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis. I will put together the menu, shop for ingredients, cook, cool, and store your meals. Every dish will be labeled with reheating instructions to add ease to your week. I will also keep track of your pantry items to avoid multiple purchases of the same staples. As the client, I ask you to review the menu to make sure you are excited about the food and provide honest feedback about the meals.

  • Anyone can benefit from working with a personal chef; whether you are looking to gain more time in your week, focus on healthier options, or have a specific dietary restriction, a personal chef can help. Part of our initial consultation includes identifying areas of extra assistance. This helps me create meal plans that are specific to the client so we can work together to get healthy, delicious meals in your refrigerator.

  • Yes, clients have full approval of each menu. Before every service, I use the client’s dietary restrictions and preferences to plan and propose a menu for the client to approve or request changes to. I track the meals I make for each client so that there is variety in flavor and dishes.

  • If requested, I will provide basic nutritional information on a client’s printed menu. This includes estimated calories per serving as well as grams of protein, carbs, fiber, sugar, and fat. I do not provide information on specific vitamins.
